Scalabrini House of Discernment is a House for young men who wish to deepen their spiritual life in a community environment and in an atmosphere of prayer, while discerning a possible vocation to Religious Life and Priesthood with the Missionaries of St. Charles-Scalabrinians.

We are located here at St. Peter's. Scalabrini House is the initial Formation House for the Western Province of the Congregation of the Missionaries of St. Charles. The House of Discernment is a house for Catholic men who are seeking a more intense spiritual development within the context of working, serving, studying, and praying in community. Since its opening, over thirty young men, seminarians, have gone through the program. Those who have moved on further in the Formation Program are studying in Buenos Aires, Manila, Bogota, Chicago, Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Purepero, Mexico. Presently, we have seven students in our program at St. Peter's and we pray that with the willingness of these young men, the Grace of God and the generous support of many loving people, our program may continue flourishing.
